Exceptional service with spacious rooms.

The hotel had a great location and friendly staff, with a clean room featuring a kitchenette that was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy fully, and the squeaky floor above made it hard to relax at times.

The kids loved the cold pool even though it was freezing. The coffee was always ready. The room was super spacious—a great fit for our family!

A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

We enjoyed our stay during a quick getaway! The King Studio Suite was spacious and immaculately clean, equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly. Emily gave perfect dinner recommendations. Make sure to bring your own snacks, though, as no breakfast is available. Free laundry was a bonus!

I found the Candlewood Suites Pittsburgh-Cranberry, An Ihg Hotel to be beautifully decorated and easily navigable, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.

More frequent housekeeping would enhance the experience.

Loved the spacious queen studio suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and large fridge. The indoor pool was cool and fun for the kids. Staff were super friendly and Emily gave us great dinner suggestions. The place was clean and had a nice vibe. Free coffee available, which was a nice touch!

The room was newly remodeled and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there weren't any breakfast options available. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially the pool, even though it was a bit cold.
